Consultation and Coordination
Cindy is an experienced Event Specialist passionate about guiding newly engaged couples through the initial process of choosing a venue. With strong communication skills and an unwavering enthusiasm for all things wedding, Cindy brings a unique blend of expertise, creativity, and empathy to her tours and consultations. Since joining the team in 2014, Cindy’s extensive knowledge has allowed her to create a memorable experience for each and every couple she meets. “I love getting to introduce couples to Bellamere Winery and then to watch them walk down the aisle on their wedding day …I still tear up after all this time”
Patti is an experienced Coordinator who loves creating the perfect wedding for our couples. With 9 years and hundreds of weddings at Bellamere Winery and an additional 20 years as an Officiant, Patti brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in orchestrating the perfect wedding.
What sets Patti apart is her genuine love for wedding planning.
She makes couples feel comfortable during the planning, and they know that everything is and will be taken care of.
Colleen came to Bellamere Winery with 10 years of floral design experience, where she had the opportunity to design for many Bellamere Winery Weddings. She is always so excited to get to see everyone’s personal touches and how they come together on Wedding Day. Colleen is kind and personable, and cannot wait to hear all about your story as she guides you through the planning of your wedding. And she promises to only cry a little while you say your vows.
Tammy has been an integral member of the Bellamere Winery team for the past 12 years, where her honest, sweet, and enthusiastic personality shines through with everyone she meets. As the Sales & Planning Manager, she is dedicated to supporting our Consultation & Coordination team in providing unforgettable experiences to our couples. Her favourite part of the wedding day is sneaking a peek at the first look—“It’s always the sweetest moment of the day for me!”
Operations and Culinary
With 25 years in the restaurant industry and 13 years as a Chef, Jason brings a deep passion for culinary excellence to Bellamere Winery. His experience in kitchens across Montreal, Vancouver, and Greece has shaped his approach to creating flavorful, beautifully presented dishes. For the past 12 years, he has specialized in wedding cuisine, ensuring each meal enhances the celebration. Humble and dedicated, Jason believes that great food comes first, but a stunning presentation makes it even better.

Haley is an experienced Operation Administrator who loves seeing your wedding dreams come true. With years of expertise in event management, Haley is the one who takes your wedding plans and brings them to life. She is dedicated, organized, patient, and eager to execute the wedding of your dreams. With her meticulous planning, attention to detail, and keen eye, Haley ensures that every aspect of your wedding is flawlessly executed. She understands the importance of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects your style and personality.
As Bellamere Winery’s Hospitality Manager, Renee ensures that the service and overall guest experience on the wedding day are flawless. She oversees the flow of service, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered seamlessly, the atmosphere remains inviting, and guests feel well taken care of. Renee is dedicated to making sure that the couple and their guests enjoy an exceptional experience from start to finish, embodying Bellamere’s commitment to warm hospitality and outstanding service.
