Our Chef Jamie’s daily creation of hearty holiday season winter bisque's and chowders such as lobster shrimp, roasted butternut squash or tomato ginger bisque

House createdtapenadas such as apple wood house smoked warm mushroom
& parmesan, spinach and asiago or our famous house smoked salmon tapenade are set out with Maria’s fresh baked garlic flatbreads and crostinis to tantilize your taste buds

Pear and Chevre Fresh Rolls - fresh pear and julienne vegetables with goat cheese served with a sweet chili mango chutney

Bret`s handmade beggars purse pastries with a variety of interesting Yuletide fillings, goat cheese and cranberry, beef wellingtons with horseradish chutney...

For the traditionalist we have included our mini turkey burgers with cranberry compote on homemade brioche

All this is paired with a tasting of our award winning hand crafted Dry Cranberry Wine to start the mood off right, after all we are a winery
Carvery Station:
AAA Sirloin Steak marinated in Alexanders secret recipe, seared and then slow broiled with our herb coffee crusting then finished with a tricolor peppercorn sauce

Ontario Pork Loin with Bellamere's Classic Apple and Sage Stuffing Finished with Apple au jus

Old-fashioned Smoked Ham sliced bone-in, with a variety of breads, cranberry sauce & grainy mustard

Winter root vegetables tossed in maple brown butter, mousseline of sweet and Yukon gold potatoes or boiled potatoes tossed in a parsley butter

Our vegetarian option is variety of seasonal grilled vegetables marinated with rosemary and thyme combined with sun dried cranberries wrapped in layers of Greek phyllo and is available based on pre order

A variety of our own house made chutneys jellies,preserves and sauces to compliment your meal including:
Pear and cranberry chutney, Peach chutney, horse radish cream, spicy beans, beet chutney, kick ass cranberry sauce, fresh cranberry and port chutney...
Crepe Station:
“Viva la crepe,” savoury crepes are created such as cranberry turkey with pomegranate sauce, duck confit and chicken with spicy duck sauce or Asian pork with plum sauce
Dessert Station:
Butter Brickle and Cranberry Ice Wine Desserts - Impress your guests with freshly baked butter brickle ice wine shells filled with our French vanilla Bavarian mousse topped with Bellamere's fruit wine coulis and chocolate sauce
