I wanted to write to thank you all so much for everything you did to make our day such a success. I know we had lots of last minute needs on Sunday and I really appreciated your patience and helpfulness. Although we don't have our final numbers in yet, we do know that we grossed more than we ever have in the past.
I had so many compliments about your buildings - everyone agreed that it was a perfect venue for our event. I hope that our event helps increase recognition about Bellamere.

Just to give you an example of how your staff cares for your clients and guests, I'll share this little story with you. It was very close to the end of the evening (around 12:30am) when my son, Wally and I decided we really did need to sample the wedding cake. There weren't any forks left at the wedding cake buffet table (because it was so late). Since most people had left that were seated next to us we also decided that fingers were invented first. Rude as it may seem. But it was only a few minutes into our indulgence when a handsome young gentleman from your staff appeared at our table to provide us with forks. We hadn't requested them, he just anticipated our needs. It seems insignificant but it will always stick in my mind, regarding the level of service that you provided, even that late into the event.
Thank you again Karen and your staff for creating memories for our family on that very special day.

As discussed on the phone last week, I like to pass along a quick thank you to the staff of Bellamere who helped put our wedding together. With every wedding there are all types of stress and pressure involved, however in the end both Laura and I can honestly say it was well worth it :) We both woke up Saturday (day after the wedding) and couldn't believe how well everything went. Since the wedding, we have received comments from almost everyone who attended, praising the service & food of Bellamere and the decor work by Russell. Even the music selection by the DJ was flawless!
We knew the wedding would be fun and amazing at your winery, however we didn't picture it to be as amazing! Everyone from the chef, bartender, food service, etc.. should be very proud of their work and Bellamere itself. I will recommend the winery to anyone seeking an event centre for both personal and business events.
BTW, you should really sell your wine, everyone asked if they could purchase wine the following day...

What a perfect day we had on Nov. 7th. All the very important people in Robyn & Tim’s life were there to celebrate and the sun was shining. Who could ask for more?
