Appetizers
Signature Crab Veloute Stuffed Mushrooms - Button mushrooms stuffed with fresh crab, sauteed red peppers and onion in a veloute sauce and covered with asiago cheese. Served with lemon garlic aioli and pea tenders.

Sweet and Savoury Ricotta Tart - Ricotta, feta and parmesan cheese with fresh basil and spinach, baked in a buttery pastry and paired with our rich red pepper jelly.
Salad
Spinach grapefruit sesame salad - honey Dijon dressing served over tender spinach leaves with grapefruit segments and red onion.
Main course
Spinach and Brie Stuffed Chicken - Ontario chicken breast stuffed with spinach, brie and fresh herbs topped with a tarragon cream sauce and our signature cranberry chutney.

AAA Sirloin Steak - steak marinated in Alexanders secret recipe, seared and then slow broiled with our herb coffee crusting then finished with a tricolor peppercorn sauce. Accompanied by our own house made horse radish cream and yellow beet preserve to compliment your meal.
