Combinations include our Southwest seasoning for a smokey flavor, tomato and basil for that Italian touch, curry paste and fresh cilantro for a Thai experience and jalapeno lime to spice it up (Chef Jamie’s favourite).
Pear & Chevre Fresh Spring Roll Platter - Fresh pear, julienne vegetables and goat cheese served with our sweet chili pear mango chutney.
Mediterranean Grilled Vegetable Platter - An array of lightly grilled asparagus, mixed peppers, red onion, parsnips, turnip, sweet potatoes and carrots, tossed in a light herb and oil vinaigrette and served with our green pepper curry dip.
